Our Mausoleum Chapel is available for rental

Blendon Central Cemetery Chapel Rental Form 

Please fill out the form and return to the cemetery office to be approved. Please call ahead of time to ensure the date you are requesting is available. 

Chapel rental is $200.00 for 3 hours (Cash or Check only)

Chapel rental must be registered at least 24 hours in advance through the cemetery office.

Rental block time must not exceed 3 hours.

No food or drinks allowed in the chapel at any time.

Flowers and candles are only allowed during a funeral service.

Chapel condition must be returned to its original condition to avoid additional fees.

If additional clean up is needed, a minimum of $50.00 per hour fee will be charged.
